Caleb Bozeman, M.D.

Dr. Caleb Bozeman joined Arkansas Urology in the summer of 2004 after working as a urology resident at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, La.

Dr. Bozeman received his medical degree from the LSU School of Medicine, where he was named Urology Student of the Year. He earned his bachelor's degree in scientific inquiry from Louisiana Scholars' College at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La.

Dr. Bozeman and his wife have one child.

John Paul Brizzolara, M.D.

Dr. John Paul Brizzolara joined Arkansas Urology in 1988. He was awarded his medical degree from the University of Arkansas and completed his residency in urology at this institution. He served as the staff urologist at Irwin Army Community Hospital in Fort Riley, Kan., before being asked to join the teaching faculty at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Dr. Brizzolara has completed postgraduate work at the Cleveland Clinic, the University of Michigan and the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where he studied disorders of the female pelvic floor. His special field of interest is female urinary incontinence and female pelvic organ prolapse. Dr. Brizzolara works closely with national organizations, pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment development companies to promote new medications and surgical equipment for the treatment of female pelvic floor disorders.

Dr. Brizzolara is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the International Continence Society, the Society for Urodynamics and Female Urology, the National Association for Continence, the American Urogynecologic Society, the International Urogynecological Association and is a charter member of the International Society of Pelvic Floors Neurodulation. He is a member of the Society of Government Service Urologists, the American College of Surgeons, the Arkansas Medical Society and the Pulaski County Medical Society.

Dr. Brizzolara and his wife have two children.

 

Victor Frank Carey, M.D.

Dr. Carey has been with Arkansas Urology since 1992. He sees patients at Baptist Medical Center in Heber Springs. Before joining Arkansas Urology, Dr. Carey ran a private practice in Greenville, Miss. He received his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, La., and was a urology resident at Charity Hospital at the Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport, La.

Dr. Carey is a member of the Arkansas Medical Society, the American Urological Association and the Arkansas Urological Society.

Kevin D. Claybrook, M.D.

Dr. Kevin D. Claybrook joined Arkansas Urology in 2005 after undergoing extensive education and training in urology and completed his residency at the University of Missouri at Columbia's Division of Urology, where he was chief resident.

Dr. Claybrook earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999 after receiving a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Indiana University in 1995. He has participated in research for the University of Missouri at Columbia on testicular cancer, erectile dysfunction treatment and laparoscopic horseshoe kidney surgery. He specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery and is trained in renal transplantation, female incontinence, urologic prosthetic surgery and percutaneous renal surgery.

Dr. Claybrook has been certified for basic and advanced laparoscopic surgery as well as advanced trauma life support. He is a member and serves as a resident candidate of the American Urological Association and is also a member of the American Association of Clinical Urologists.

Dr. Claybrook and his wife have two children.

 

 

David M. Coussens, M.D.

Dr. Coussens joined Arkansas Urology in 1993. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tenn., after earning a bachelor's degree with honors from Hendrix College in Conway. Dr. Coussens' urology residency was at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dr. Coussens is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the American Urological Association, the Arkansas Medical Society, the Arkansas Urological Society and the Pulaski County Medical Society.

Dr. Coussens and his wife have two children.

 

Richard Emanuel D'Anna, M.D.

Dr. D'Anna joined Arkansas Urology in the summer of 2004. Dr. D'Anna received his medical degree from Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico, after earning a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a bachelor's degree in zoology from the University of California in Los Angeles.

He was the chief resident of urology at the University of California Davis Medical Center and was certified in lithotripsy and extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy at the Northern California Kidney Stone Center. Before joining Arkansas Urology, Dr. D'Anna had a urology practice in Paragould and served as chief of the surgery department at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

Dr. D'Anna is a diplomat with the American Board of Urology and an active member of the American Urological Association, The South Central Section of the American Urological Association, the Pulaski County Medical Society, Arkansas Urological Society, Arkansas Medical Society and the American Association of Clinical Urologists. He is past chairman of the AMMC Surgical Peer Review, past president of NARPA-IPA and a member of the PRISM-PHO Board of Directors.

Dr. D'Anna and his wife have three children.

Edwin Diaz, M.D.

Dr. Diaz joined Arkansas Urology in the summer of 2004 after working in private practice in Belleville, Ill., and serving as chief resident in the department of surgery, division of urology at Saint Louis University. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Houston Medical School and his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Diaz is a diplomat with the American Board of Urology and a member of the American Urological Association, the Endourological Society, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, Arkansas Medical Society, Pulaski County Medical Society and the Arkansas Urological Society.

Dr. Diaz lives in Little Rock with his wife.

Barre F. Finan, M.D.

Dr. Finan joined Arkansas Urology in 1983 after serving as a urology and surgery resident at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Finan received his medical degree from UAMS after graduating with honors from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

Dr. Finan is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Arkansas Urologic Society, the American College of Surgeons, the Arkansas Medical Society and the Pulaski County Medical Society.

Dr. Finan has three children.

 

Lacy P. Fraiser, M.D.

Dr. Fraiser has been with Arkansas Urology since 1966. He received a bachelor's degree and medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He graduated from Milsap College in Jackson, Miss. Dr. Fraiser was a urology resident at Veteran's Hospital in Little Rock from 1963 to 1966 and was a general surgery resident at University Hospital in Little Rock from 1962 to 1963.

Dr. Fraiser is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American Urological Association and the Arkansas Medical Society.

Dr. Fraiser lives in Little Rock with his wife.

Timothy C. Goodson, M.D.

Dr. Timothy Goodson joined Arkansas Urology in 2002 after practicing with Urology Associates of Texarkana in Texarkana, Texas. Dr. Goodson completed training in general surgery and urology at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. He earned his doctor of medicine from UAMS and received a bachelor's degree of arts from Ouachita Baptist University.

Dr. Goodson has a special interest in the treatment of prostate cancer and serves on the Medical Advisory Board of the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation. He has been instrumental in bringing new prostate cancer treatments to the Central Arkansas area.

His professional memberships include American Urological Association and the Arkansas Urologic Society.

Dr. Goodson and his wife have three children.

Gail Reede Jones, M.D.

Dr. Jones joined Arkansas Urology in 1996 after working in private practice in Little Rock for nine years. She received a bachelor's degree from Hunter College, City University of New York. Dr. Jones earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completed her urological surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

She is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Medical Association, the Arkansas State Medical Society, the Pulaski County Medical Society, the Arkansas Urological Society and the Arkansas Medical, Dental and Pharmaceutical Association. She is on the Medical Board of the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Dr. Jones is a general urologist who sees men for vasectomies and prostate, bladder and kidney disease. She also treats women for many urological conditions. She has an interest in medical and surgical management of kidney stones, erectile dysfunction and penile implantation.

Dr. Jones lives in Little Rock with her husband.

Ronald G. Kuhn, M.D.

Dr. Kuhn joined Arkansas Urology in 1999. Before joining he was associated with Urology Group in Baton Rouge, La. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he was chief Resident of Urology and awarded the Pfizer Outstanding Urology Resident. Dr. Kuhn earned his bachelor's degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tn. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American Urological Association, American Medical Association, Arkansas Urological Society, Endurological Society, Pulaski County Medical Society and is a Preceptor for Ethicon Endourological Surgery.

Dr. Kuhn and his wife live in Little Rock along with their five children.

Timothy Dean Langford, M.D.

Dr. Langford has been with Arkansas Urology since 1993. Prior to joining Arkansas Urology, Dr. Langford served as chief urology resident at UAMS. Dr. Langford received his medical degree from UAMS and graduated magna cum laude from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a bachelor's degree in zoology.

Dr. Langford is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Medical Society, the Arkansas Medical Society and the Pulaski County Medical Society.

Dr. Langford and his wife live in Little Rock with their three children.

Charles W. Logan, M.D.

Dr. Logan has been with Arkansas Urology since 1967. He earned his medical degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tenn., and received a bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Dr. Logan was a urology resident at the Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston and a surgery resident at Cornell Medical Center in New York.

Dr. Logan is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the American Urological Association, the Arkansas Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, the Arkansas Medical Society, the Pulaski County Medical Society, the Pediatric Urological Association and the Arkansas State Urological Society. He is past president of the Arkansas Medical Society, the South Central Section of American Urological Association and the nationwide American Association of Clinical Urology. Dr. Logan currently serves as a delegate to the AMA for the American College of Surgeons.

D. Keith Mooney, M.D.

Dr. Mooney has been with Arkansas Urology since 1987. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences after earning a bachelor's degree from Hendrix College in Conway. He was a urology and surgery resident at UAMS.

Dr. Mooney is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the Arkansas Urological Society, the American Medical Association, the Arkansas State Medical Society and the Pulaski County Medical Society.

 

J. Malcolm Moore, M.D.

Dr. Moore joined Arkansas Urology in 1971 after completing his urology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He received his medical degree from UAMS after earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He was a flight surgeon with the United States Air Force from 1964 to 1966.

Dr. Moore is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the American Urological Association, the Arkansas Urological Society, the Arkansas State Medical Society and the Arkansas Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. He is the chairman of the Medical Advisory Board of Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation.

J. Walt Stallings, M.D.

Dr. Stallings has been with Arkansas Urology since 1986. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and received a bachelor's degree from Hendrix College in Conway. Dr. Stallings served as a urology resident at UAMS from 1975 to 1979.

Dr. Stallings is certified by the American Board of Urology in adult and pediatric urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Pulaski County Medical Society, the Arkansas State Medical Society and the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Stallings' special interests include the use of brachytherapy to treat prostate cancer. He is the principal investigator for the majority of the 30-40 research studies conducted by Arkansas Urology.

Dr. Stallings and his wife have two children.
