Nic Joubert

Nic graduated the Baptist School of Nursing RN program in 2008, and then began his nursing career in the Operating Room at UAMS. During those early years, he also moonlighted in the same position at CHI St. Vincent. After three years in the OR, Nic was promoted to Neurosurgery Supervisor at CHI St. Vincent.

After working in his supervisor role for two years, UAMS recruited Nic back to run their Cardiovascular Surgery Department. Nic worked in this capacity for a few years then was promoted to Surgical Services Manager and functioned in this role for years until he was recruited to run UAMS’s Value Analysis Department. During this timeframe, Nic went back to school and received his BSN from University of Arkansas.

After climbing through the ranks over multiple years at UAMS, Nic was recruited by CHI to be the Clinical Resource Manager for all of their hospitals in AR.

Nic has previously served as the Vice President of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN) and is a currently a member of AORN, the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Association of Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP), the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), and the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates (SUNA). 

Nic joined Arkansas Urology as the Chief Clinical Services Officer in January 2020.
